(My mom and I have always celebrated it, in some way; mainly because I was born in, and adopted from, Hefei, China.)

Today is my mom's birthday! I think October 6th is perfectly nice day to be born on, and the sky cleared up today after days of rain, rain, rain. So even the weather is celebrating.
