At any rate, have an awesome Tuesday!
**********
Teaser Tuesday is a weekly, bookish meme hosted by MizB at Should Be Reading.
- Grab your current read
- Open to a random page
- Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
- BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
- Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
I might have been nervous--what with sitting in the car of a strange boy on the way to his house, keenly aware that my crap lungs complicate efforts to fend off unwanted advances--but his driving was so astonishingly poor that I could think of nothing else.-p. 22
We'd gone perhaps a mile in jagged silence before Augustus said, "I failed the driving test three times."
"You don't say."

What are you reading right now? Got a teaser to share?
Also, I should have mentioned this on my blog before (bad me), but be sure to stop by My First Book since there's a guest post I wrote about Writing Relationships!

Ha! Great teaser! And a happy Tuesday to you too. :)
Oh, I loved this book so so much. John Green is a genius. I hope you're enjoying it.
Haha! I've heard about this--actually I saw the book at a local Target but unfortunately I wasn't there to shop for books so I had to pass. :(
Might pick it up at a different time. :)
haha I agree with the change in day name, works soo much better for me.
Cool teaser. I am a new follower. I stopped by from the Origins blogfest. I am still playing catch up from yesterday. Now I am off to read your guest post. Nice to meet you.
I'm reading The Fault in Our Stars. Almost finished with it.
Oh I forgot to mention I gave you blog awards!
Nice teaser! :) Happy Valentine's Day!
Nice teaser and happy valentines back at you!
I want to read this book! I'm adding it to my Kindle right now.
Thanks, and Happy Valentine's Day!
Just been over to Misha's blog for your guest post! Yay!!
Happy Valentine's!! Take care
x
*laughs* Great teaser! I've been wanting to read this book.
Here's mine: http://surroundedbybooksreviews.blogspot.com/2012/02/teaser-tuesdays-x2-trust-me-tell-me-by.html
Great teaser.
I loved this book.
One of the greatest love stories I've read in along time.
Ahhh I need to read some John Green. Everyone raves about him and I can see why, I loved this teaser. Glad you liked the Bath photos too :) xxx
I liked your teaser, I'll have to look this book up. I'm reading, "Fiction Ruined My Family," by Jeanne Darst.
"Your mother's not an alcoholic, she just thinks every night is New Year's Eve."
Maybe she had to drink so much because all the crying was drying her system out and making her thirsty.
You know, I feel like a lame reader/writer but I have never read anything by John Greene! It seems like everyone has! I loved this excerpt Eags :)
I'm afraid that the book I'm reading doesn't have any good teasers in it. It's a rather staid history of the U.S. in the 20th century.
Very cool teaser....
Never heard of him but I think I will check it out. Hope you had a good Vday or Singles Awareness Day whichever you prefer :)
Great teaser!! Right now I'm reading The Warrior Heir by Cinda Williams Chima. It's really good!
Tag, you're it! You've been tagged in a game of 11 Questions being passed around by the Platform-Building campaigners. You can pick up your questions at this link: http://writeskatedream-jmckendry.blogspot.com/2012/02/11-random-questions-go.html
Hope your valentine's day was great.
Funny that you should feature this book as my mam has just called and is reading this very novel at her reading group.
Oh, I love that teaser! I must check out the book.
Happy belated Valentine's day! If not valentine's then I hope your day was at least filled with chocolate. :)
Great teaser by the way.
Christine: Thank you!
M.J.: I am. :)
Cherie: I hate walking past good books in the store . . . LOL.
Hope you do. :)
Cool--I'm off to check out the awards!
Pat: I hope you had an awesome Pan-Universal Be Who You Are Day, then!
Melissa: Thanks!
Welcome to The Eagle's Aerial Perspective. :) Nice to meet you!
Carrie: Same here.
Shelley: Thank you!

You're welcome!

I haven't finished it yet--but it's really good so far. :)
Natasha: I'm glad you enjoyed the teaser!
They were fascinating. :)
Belle: That's a sad teaser. It doesn't sound like a very happy family.
Ali: You're not a lame reader or writer! I hadn't read anything by John Green for a while; and I've only finished two books by him and one short story. :P
Glad you liked it!
Anthony: Sounds like an interesting book, though.
Tfwalsh: Thanks. :)
Stuart: LOL. I've got a lot of books in my TBR list as well.
Thank you!
Cestlavie22: Thanks! Being single (and I kinda like my status) I'm usually for the latter. ;)
Jess: I'm glad you liked the teaser!
I did not like that book . . . I won't spoil it for you, but the ending didn't agree with me.
Awesome! I love tags. :D
Charles: Thank you. It was a good holiday, as they go. :)
Tracy: What a coincidence!
It's a good choice for a reading group, though.
Talli: Hope you enjoy the book, if you read it. :)
Heather: Thank you!
You are a tease!!!
I'm a wee bit late to the party but I hope you had a wonderful Valentine's Day.
God bless and enjoy this day!!! :o)
And a belated Valentines Day to you! Thanks for the teaser. :)
Ooh, is this new? I want! I loved Looking for Alaska.
Hi! Fellow campaigner. Thanks for stopping by my blog. I love the idea of teasers! I've wanted to read this book for weeks...everyone says it's amazing. I feel like I need to punch myself up for the crying. Rachel Hawkins did a great review of it, just FYI. Nice to meet you!
Hi! Thanks for stopping by my blog today. I'm reading TFiOS right now, too. My other half keeps asking my why I'm crying.
Great teaser. =)
Hahahaha that's a hilarious teaser. :-)
Happy Valentine's Day:)
Nezzy: Thank you! :) I hope you did, too.
David: Thanks!
You're welcome. :)
Deniz: Yup, it's new.
Megan: You're welcome--I always enjoy finding new blogs! Thanks for the follow back. :)
